The Ob­ser­va­tory for Arts and Cul­tural Ed­u­ca­tion, Fin­land

The project collects and disseminates information on the practices, research and policies in the field of arts and cultural education in Finland, reinforces the connections between research and practical work, and supports cooperation between operators in the field of arts and cultural education and the operating conditions of the field as well as international cooperation.

null Save the date: Clos­ing sem­i­nar, ELLA – Em­bo­died Lan­gua­ge Lear­ning th­rough the Arts, 23 October 2024



 

 

The ELLA research project (2021–2024), funded by the Kone Foundation, aims to expand the understanding of language, language learning, learning more broadly, and the intertwining of art with all of these. The project’s goal is to renew pedagogical practices in various learning environments and to stimulate critical discussion on how educational structures can better respond to societal changes.

 

The project’s final conference will present research findings, practices, and policy recommendations, and it will be conducted mainly in English.
